THE SAME CLEANER, EVERY TIME
Scheduled cleans are assigned an individual or cleaning team of 2-3 people. After your first cleaning service, we will follow up with a phone call to ensure that you are happy – and if so, we will assign the same cleaner, or cleaning team, to your regular service. In some circumstances, which are out of our control, we will need to send a replacement and will notify you in advance. You can choose to delay your regular clean if you would like to wait for your regular cleaner.

HOW TO PROVIDE ACCESS
We are dedicated to providing a convenient service for our clients, and are more than happy for you to provide access for our cleaners in a number of ways. Our preference is to for you to provide us with remote access – this could be: access to a key safe, leave a key out, or you could hand over a key to your regular cleaners- whatever works for you. We are happy for you to contact our office for a discussion on what works best for you, or you can feel free to discuss with your individual cleaner or cleaning team during your service. For your first clean, we recommend that you are present so that you can have a discussion with your cleaner or cleaning team, and outline any priorities you may have. Following the first service, the cleaners can be left on their own to complete the job. CLEANING SERVICE OPTIONS
We offer two different kinds of cleaning service - and you can choose between Hourly Rates or Flat Rates for a scheduled service. If you book an hourly rate service, we recommend to book some extra time. If you are booking a flat rate, we recommend that you book a spring clean for the first service. This is due to the first service being the most difficult, for the following reasons:
- The house has not been professionally cleaned by us before, so there is a higher chance that the house is dirtier and will therefore require more cleaning.
- As our cleaners have never been to the house before, time is taken planning the service, getting to know the rooms/areas that require cleaning, and making sure that the clean is completed to your standards, so that you are happy with our service.
- Finally, the cleaners do not know what has been cleaned recently and what hasn’t – therefore the first clean is extremely thorough, and we clean everything. Once a service becomes more regular, there are certain things that require cleaning more regularly than others, and after a few services our teams will know what your house requires, and understand the most efficient way to complete the service to a high standard.

cleaning that an individual or team provides. Please let us know of any preferences upon booking your clean, and we will do our best to assign you with a cleaner or cleaning team that best matches your individual needs.
In some rare circumstances, you may not feel you have found a perfect fit in your cleaner or cleaning team. Please do not worry, we are here to step in and help! We will review your case and send out a different cleaner or cleaning team and find you the perfect fit. We are confident that we will find you the perfect fit the second time around, and will not charge you a cent if we don’t get it right!
