If your office or workplace has not been cleaned for more than 1-2 months, we strongly recommend booking our “Flat Rate Service” with the “Spring Clean” option added. This upgrades your flat rate to allow for the extra work required to give you an immaculate clean.
The difference between our flat rates and our spring cleans will be determined by the condition of your workplace, and its current level of cleanliness. If your workplace has gathered a degree of dust/dirt/grime over a period of approx. 1-2 or more months, considerably more time and work will be required to clean your home. The “Spring Clean” extra allows for this extra time and work, giving you an immaculate clean.

We recommend that you book a Spring Clean when your workplace has not been fully cleaned in 1-2 months or more. The reason for this is that after this amount of time, there will be a buildup of dust/dirt/grime and the Spring Clean extra allows for the extra time and work required to give your workplace a thorough clean.
Please note that if you book a standard Flat Rate cleaning service is booked and you workplace has not been cleaned for 1-2+ months, we may need to contact you on the day of the service and upgrade the service to a Spring Clean. If in doubt of the clean you require, we recommend the Spring Clear to avoid unnecessary complications on the day, and so that the appropriate cleaning team is sent to your workplace.

When booking a Spring Clean we will do our utmost to leave your workplace to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
We are dedicated to providing a convenient service for our clients, and are more than happy for you to provide access for our cleaners in a number of ways. Our preference is to for you to provide us with remote access – this could be: access to a key safe, leave a key out, or you could hand over a key to your regular cleaners- whatever works for you. We are happy for you to contact our office for a discussion on what works best for you, or you can feel free to discuss with your individual cleaner or cleaning team during your service. For your first clean, we recommend that you are present so that you can have a discussion with your cleaner or cleaning team, and outline any priorities you may have. Following the first service, the cleaners can be left on their own to complete the job
