Moving House Clean

We understand that moving house can be a very stressful and tiring experience, so we have created our specialised Move-Out service. We have created this service so that you can worry about one less thing as you move out. A move-out clean is often also referred to as a bond-back clean or an end of lease clean.

When you are moving house and ending your tenancy it will be expected that house/apartment/unit will be in the same condition as when you moved in. This means the house is expected to be as clean as possible and the rental agent will be inspecting the cleanliness of the home. In this case, we strongly recommend booking our Move-Out service Please note: If you own the property and are moving out, we recommend booking our “Deep Clean” extra instead. This is a slightly less extensive service and does not include the “BondBack Guarantee” which is included in the move out clean.

When booking a move-out cleaning service with WASHIA, we allow you to fully customise your clean. This means that you can select what you want us to clean, and areas that you may want to clean yourself.

Firstly, you will select the flat rate appropriate to your home (e.g. 3 Bedroom Flat Rate Clean) and then add on the “Move Out” extra, which will upgrade all of the general cleaning from a standard maintenance clean to a move-out standard, with our bond-back guarantee.

Aside from the extras, all the general cleaning that your agent expects will be covered, including areas such as: high/low skirting boards, spot cleaning walls, behind/under previously permanent furniture (e.g. fridge cavities), ceiling fans throughout home, grout in all bathrooms, rangehood filters etc).

In some circumstances, you may wish do some of the cleaning yourself, and our booking system is set up to allow for this. Please note that the follow extras are generally required from most agents:

• Inside Oven
• Inside Windows
• Inside All Drawers/Cabinets
• Balconies (if applicable)
• Blinds (if applicable)
• Steam Cleaning (if applicable)
